immunizations

August 11, 2008

It's almost time for school to start, are your shots up to date?

Immunization clinics are being held around the region to make sure students are up to date on all their shots. Here’s a list of districts that have contacted us about immunization clinics:

In the Eanes school district, a free immunization clinic will be held tomorrow at the Westlake High School nurses’ clinic, 4100 Westbank Dr., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Students from age 2 to 18 are eligible. Parents are asked to bring the child’s immunization record.

In Pflugerville, a clinic will be held on Aug. 20 in the Administration Building board room, 1401 W. Pecan Street, from 3 to 7 p.m. Another clinic will be held August 28 at Fire Station #30, 1021 W. Braker Ln., in Austin from 5 to 7 p.m.

For clinics in the Kyle/Buda area, here’s a list provided by the Hays County school district.

The Austin School district also has a list of clinics that are being held through the end of the month.
