2008 All-State Baseball Teams Announced
The Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association announced the members of the 2008 All-State teams. The following area players were named to the team:
Nacogdoches HS Cody Lock - Third team, pitcher; Stewart Hill - First team, shortstop; Justin McAninch - Second team, third base;
Central Heights HS Trey Haley - First team, pitcher; Dane Phillips - First team, catcher; Doug Vardeman - First team, third base
Alto Tarlandus Mitchell - First team, pitcher
