Wier to play for SFA

According to an article here at the Daily Sentinel, Chase Wier will be returning to Nacogdoches as a walk-on for SFA this up coming baseball season.

In a quote head coach Johnny Cardenas stated “We are getting a kid who was an all-state selection who hit .449 with 12 home runs as a senior. We look for him to come in and be a guy that we can count on hitting for us.”
