Editorial: MHMR crisis center

This will be a BIG help to local Hospitals in dealing with the violent “street crazies” who are flooding the system and over-loading our First Responders (Police and Ambulance). Waco seems to be a mecca for the crazy, violent homeless. The VA Hospital and Mission Waco have a lot to do with Waco being flooded with dangerous mentally ill street people (more than other cities) walking our streets and harming citizens.
