Last week’s East Waco drive-by shooting victim is DEAD. He died in local hospital. Now it’s another East Waco MURDER that the Waco Police have yet to solve. The East Waco murderer is still loose with his gun to kill again. The murder victim was shot in the neck in a gang-bang style drive-by shooting on Clifton St. Why can’t the Waco Police Homocide section solve any of these East Waco murders? There are no black Police Officers in the Waco Police Homocide section. East Waco is neglected again.
