New card lets auditor keep track of expenses
After fielding questions recently about county spending, county commissioners took a big step Tuesday in making sure some of those questions don’t arise again.

How will the card keep dubious expenses down? Now the officials will just have to arm-twist or use stall tactics to get approval before spending. I am disappointed that the elected official on the court caved in and approved someone’s personal expenses. While we’re looking at expense, why does a commissioner who lives and represents an area inside the city limits need a county truck to drive to Walmart and restaurants?
