Rulings on rule changes

Growing frustrated with the amount of time spent considering arcane details of sign variance requests, the city commission will consider Tuesday handing responsibility of those cases to the planning and zoning commission.

Sounds like the city commmission is ducking the issue again by passing the buck to a non-elected body (P&Z). What a joke.
