My mother has 100 acres of land in Henderson, Texas off Hwy. 840 near Brackfield, Texas in Rusk County. She has a gas/oil well on her land, would that hinder the utilization of the land for coal mining?
Also, if you were interested in her site, we would want to have the timber cut and sold and what is the going rate you pay for this process to the land owner?
She resides on the east side of her land and would this be a problem?
Please send me your process procedures for leasing her land.
Thank you, Kay Fumuso

I live between Henderson and Laneville, on County road 314 south.. I have heard rumors about the buying of properties, but no one has contacted us yet.. What is the normal process of this?
