Rusk County chooses Nacogdoches company for $14.5M jail expansion

HENDERSON — Rusk County Commissioners have named Nacogdoches-based J.E. Kingham Construction Company to oversee the county’s estimated $14.5 million jail expansion project. Commissioners will officially hire the firm at their next meeting. Full Story
