A girl’s best friend
While the common saying may refer to diamonds, my best friend happens to be a pair of designer shoes. I recently learned that Christian Louboutin, the French designer whose fabulous shoes can be distinguished by their red sole, plans to come out with a new 8-inch stiletto next year. There aren’t many details about the shoe, aside from the height, but Louboutin’s shoes are always energetic and fun — think Carrie Bradshaw’s pink ruffle stilettos. Those were some great shoes. So, needless to say, in 2009, you’ll want to be on the lookout.
