Christy Wooten/The Daily Sentinel I bet you can tell we are two of a kind ... the old meets the new. I am Coco, right, a 13-year-old hound mix. I was brought to the shelter after my parents moved and I am really lost without them. Please don't let my age or my eyes turn you away because I still have lots of love to give. My eyes can be easily fixed but don't have to be ... its just a little thing called cherry eye and it does me no harm. I am spayed and current on most vaccinations. I am calm, like to lay around, and know some commands like sit. I just need a nice place to live out my days. This young whippersnapper is Kathy, a border collie and Australian shepherd mix. She was found as a stray so not much is known about her except she has had most her vaccinations, too. She is also a sweetheart with lots of energy to play or work. She is small so she might still have a little growing to do but appears to be pretty smart. Although she can run circles around me, literally, I think she is one OK dog!
