Criminal trespass, 1000 block of Douglass Road. A woman said a man that was known to her broke a window to her apartment, unlocked the door and entered without permission. The man left when the woman called the police.

Burglary of a vehicle, 1500 block of Pearl Street. A GPS unit and cash were taken from a vehicle.

Delivery of a controlled substance, 2921 North Street. Delvin Dewayne James, 31, 13355 FM 1878, was stopped for a traffic violation, the vehicle was searched and 42 types of pills tested positive for MDMA, used in ecstasy, were found in the vehicle. James was arrested.

Forgery, 4800 block of North Street. An unknown person attempted to cash a check from a deceased person.

Failure to identity and criminal trespass, 900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. A man was seen walking on the railroad tracks. Willie Perkins Jr., 59, 908 Shamare St., was contacted and gave officers a false name. His real name was discovered and he was found to have active warrants. Union Pacific also filed trespassing charges, and he was arrested.

Stallings Drive, warrant for harassment; John Vincent Welch, 20, Palestine, motion to revoke probation; and Julius Morgan Williams, 22, 110 Paradise Drive, No. 6, warrants for assault and failure to appear.
