'Vacancy' leaves you feeling empty, icky

Christy Lemire

The Associated Press

"The movie's premise, directed claustrophobically by Nimrod Antal, is downright ridiculous: a paranoid amalgamation of small-town stereotypes and urban legends."

Great suspense!

4 Stars

TxGalsRock

"The movie is well written and very suspenseful, but the plot builds as if there is going to be some amazing surprise ending that never occurs. Instead, the unimaginative ending is abrupt and leaves the viewer disappointed. The first 85 minutes are great....its the last 5 that leave much to be desired."
