Family background: I grew up on our family farm, attended Texas A&M and University of Texas, married my soul mate and had two children, owned and operated a trading business, entered service occupation --taught science and math then moved into administration in order to have an impact on more children.

Hobbies: Snow skiing, travel and reading.

Most influential: Parents and spouse.

Goals: To have the best school district in the state and people will come to see what we are doing so they can duplicate it.

Second career: Trading -- international.
