Criminal trespass, 400 block of Stoddard Drive. A man who was previously issued a criminal trespass warning was found hiding in the shower. Bryan Moore, 27, of 406 Stoddard Drive was arrested for criminal trespass.

Forgery, 1000 block of N. University Drive. A white male, between 18 and 25, attempted to use a fake $5 bill. He left the scene in a green Honda two-door vehicle.

Sexual assault. Ritchie Street. A woman reported that she was sexually assaulted Friday morning by an acquaintance.

Abandoned vehicle, intersection of FM 343 and Old Tyler Road. A maroon car with its hood up was stopped at the light with a dog in the back and no driver.

Suspicious person, state Hwy. 7 East. A Hispanic male was seen traveling on a bicycle over several days.

Missing horse, CR 615. A white horse with a crescent on its forehead and a scar on its face was reported missing.

Fraud, 7000 block of state Hwy. 204. A woman said that someone called her and stated that they were in charge of giving back tax-break checks. She gave them her information.

Reckless driving, state Hwy. 7 East. A woman said a white Ford Explorer tried to run her off the road.

Welfare concern, 136 CR 805. Two young Hispanic males were reported playing in the roadway and breaking bottles.

Reckless driving, U.S. Hwy. 259 North. A small black vehicle was seen traveling at a high rate of speed with an unsecured child.

Reckless driving, FM 1878. A vehicle ran another vehicle off the road as it went around it in a no-passing zone.

Criminal mischief, 400 block of Stoddard Drive. Children threw items in the street.

Loose livestock, 500 block of Washboard Road. A bull was reported destroying a garden.

Reckless driving, state Hwy. 103. A pickup was driving at a high rate of speed and ran other vehicles off the road.

Criminal mischief, 700 block of U.S. Hwy. 59 North. A mailbox was knocked down.

Theft, 15000 block of FM 225. A woman reported that while she was at work someone stole items from her home.

Industrial accident, 8300 block of CR 302. A woman was run over by a forklift. The woman was taken to Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital.

Illegal dumping, 2100 block of CR 810. A driver of a salt water pumping truck was reported off loading his truck onto a woman's property. According to the police report, it was later determined that there was some confusion about the property line.
