Criminal trespass, 1700 block of East Starr Avenue. As officers were responding to a different call of several subjects fleeing from a constable in the area, Jerry Don Thorn, 20, of 2116 Banita St., No. 209, was reported to have entered an apartment and locked the occupant out. The man reported it to officers, and Thorn was arrested.

Driving while intoxicated and public intoxication, Highway 21 East. The driver of a vehicle was found to be intoxicated, and was arrested. A passenger in the vehicle was also found to be intoxicated and was arrested for public intoxication.

Theft, CR 843. Approximately 300 feet of half-inch copper tubing was stolen.

Criminal mischief, CR 715. A vehicle was keyed while parked at someone's home.

SFA POLICE REPORT
Possession of marijuana and aggravated assault against a peace officer, Lumberjack Village. Officers attempted to serve suspension papers to a student in his residence. Upon entering the residence, officers saw marijuana in the room, the report said. The student then threatened the officers with a knife, according to the report. Officers knocked the knife from the student's hand and placed him under arrest, and took him to Nacogdoches County Jail.

Criminal mischief, Lot 8. Eggs were thrown at a vehicle.

Driving while intoxicated, College Street. A vehicle was seen driving in an erratic manner and was stopped. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested.

Robbery, Human Services Building. Two men approached the complainant and asked about a text book. The complainant handed the book to one of the men and they ran off with it.

Theft, Kerr Hall. A TV was taken from the fifth floor study room.

Burglary of a habitation, Hall 16. A game console was taken from a residence.

Criminal mischief, Hall 16. A vending machine was damaged and several bags of chips and candy appeared to be missing.

JAIL POPULATION
On Tuesday morning, 194 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292.

In the Saturday, April 26, issue of The Daily Sentinel, Jason Bradley Johnson's address was listed as 3409 North St. No. 214 in the Grand Jury report. The address was incorrect, and Johnson no longer lives at the residence. The Nacogdoches Police Department has 147 Echo Lane in Nacogdoches as Johnson's current address.
