Deadly conduct, 200 block of East Lakewood Street. Eddie Depaul Haskins, 19, of 200 East Lakewood St., pointed an air gun at someone during an argument, who thought it was a real gun, and fired it. He was arrested.

Found property, 200 block of Lelia Street. A bike was found in a person's yard.

Retaliation, 3400 block of East Main Street. A warrant was requested for a person who threatened to hurt someone if they called the police.

———

Aggravated assault, 1600 block of Spokane Lane. During an argument, a person pulled out a box cutter and cut the other person in the chest. The victim was treated at the hospital and a warrant was requested for the other person.

Burglary of a habitation, 1300 block of Spokane Lane. Three people entered someone's home and attempted to fight one of the residence.

———

Theft, 3800 block of North Street. A pair of boots was stolen during a previous shoplifting incident.

———

Harassment, 2100 block of Banita Street. A person reported being harassed by someone for months.

———

Robbery, 200 block of Beall Street. The complainant was approached by a known person who demanded payment for a debt. The person took some money and pills and left the area. The complainant does not wish to file charges.

———

Burglary of a vehicle, Sandy Ridge Road. A vehicle was broken into and a wallet was removed.

———

SFA POLICE REPORT

Credit card abuse, Steen Library. A man said his wallet was taken from Steen Library and his debit card was used without permission.

Burglary of a habitation, Hall 9. Two textbooks were taken from a residence.

———

Criminal mischief, Lot 46. Officers saw two vehicles with paint on them. The officers also found several paint balls near the vehicle, paint ball guns and five suspicious people in the area.

Arrests included: Jedextra Canada, 18, Logansport, La., warrant for possession of a controlled substance and probation of violation; Daniel Cardenas, 18, 719 Swift St., theft; Gloria Cardenas, 17, 719 Swift St., credit card abuse and fraudulent use of identifying information; William Christian Dewitt, 54, 202 Meadow Brook Drive, public intoxication; Sadie Ruth Franklin, 52, Eustace, driving while intoxicated; Griseldo Guardado, 23, 4550 CR 302, No. 130, driving while license invalid; Christopher Haviland, 35, Lufkin, driving while intoxicated and driving while license invalid; Craig Bernard Hooker, 38, 1005 Oak Hill Plaza, public intoxication; Charles Emmett Lee, 36, Menden Hall, Miss., driving while intoxicated; Kristen Mascio, 22, 222 Rusk St., possession of marijuana; Timothy Jamar Pearson, 32, 408 Shawnee St., warrant for indecency with a child/sexual contact; Ciro Peralta Jr., 18, 565 Briar Forest St., credit card abuse and fraudulent use of identifying information; and Martin Abrahan Zavala Jr., 19, 805 Swift St., theft and fraudulent use of identifying information.

JAIL POPULATION

On Friday morning, 211 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292.

Anyone with information regarding a felony crime should call Crime Stoppers at 560-INFO. Callers with information leading to an arrest and grand jury indictment could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
