Criminal mischief, 2610 block of North Street. When a woman complained that a man had cut in front of her at a drive-through, he exited his truck and shattered her windshield.

Theft, 910 block of Holly Oak Street. A woman said $500 to $600 was taken from her purse.

Criminal mischief, 600 block of Esther Boulevard. The back window of a residence was broken.

———

Possession of marijuana, 3000 block of North University Drive. Officers responding to a noise complaint found suspected marijuana.

———

Theft, possession of a controlled substance, 900 block of Durst Street. A man took a bicycle from someone's yard. He was stopped by police and arrested.

———

Hit and run, 210 block of South Church Street.

———

Theft, 1000 block of Durst Street. A woman's cell phone was taken from her home.

———

Aggravated assault family violence, 1520 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. A woman was pinned against a wall and threatened with a knife.

———

Deadly conduct, 1910 block of Banita Street. After being called names, a man became angry and pulled a gun.

———

Theft, 12050 block of FM 225. A chain saw was taken without permission.

Arrests included: Joshua Daniel Allen, 26, 314 Ponderosa St., driving while intoxicated; Brandon Bozeman, 25, Lufkin, public intoxication; Kenneth Cowart, 21, 5029 Harrier Dr., possession of marijuana; Kelsea Lynn David, 20, Rio Hondo, public Intoxication; George Arthur Foxworth, 40, 218 Church St., No. 5, public intoxication; Willoughby Myles Gibbs, Jr., 18, Hemphill, public intoxication; Salvador Jiminez, 22, 1411 Hillview Dr., public intoxication; Archie Lee Stevenson, 52, 913 N. Ritchie St., theft, possession of a controlled substance; Jesse Morgan Tallant, 29, Timpson, theft; Jose Venegas, 19, 109 Popp St., public intoxication, disorderly conduct; Ricardo Venegas, 25, 109 Popp St., public intoxication, disorderly conduct; Ricky Monroe Williams, 26, 350 CR 513, aggravated assault.

Jail Population

On Sunday morning, 216 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292.
