Theft, 1800 block of Jordan Street. A man said someone took his wallet three weeks ago with $400 in it. The man told officers that he waited to file the report because he wanted to give the person an opportunity to return the property.

Criminal mischief, 1100 block of South University Drive. A woman said someone entered her 2000 Honda civic by breaking the door glass, and once inside, they rummaged through the compartments.

Telephone harassment, 1600 Douglass Road. A man said that his mother-in-law called him on the phone and threatened him with physical violence.

Evading arrest, 3000 block of North Pecan Street. Laron Travance Dodd, 20, of 3027 North Pecan St. No. 203, was involved in a disturbance, and fled on foot when officers attempted to detain him. After running three blocks, and being cornered, Dodd climbed onto the roof of a building to hide, but officers spotted him and ordered him to get down. Dodd was arrested for evading arrest or detention.

Driving while intoxicated, 200 block of Beall Street. The driver of a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation was found to be intoxicated. The driver was arrested.

Terroristic threat, 600 block of Muckelroy Street. A woman said a white male came to her residence looking for someone who took his drugs. The man threatened to shoot her in her residence, and left in an older white car.

Driving while intoxicated, 2900 block of East Main Street. William Ashley Tidwell, 36, of 1922 Banita St. No. 1, was stopped for his erratic driving, and found to intoxicated, the police report said. Tidwell was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Reckless driving, 3600 block of Southeast Stallings Drive. The driver of a vehicle is said to have weaved into another vehicle's lane and nearly caused a collision by slamming on the brakes in front of the other vehicle. A warrant is being requested.

Violation of a protective order, 1200 block of North Street. In response to a suspicious vehicle, officers discovered that a man had an active protective order against Bonnie Renee Burgess, 32, of Coweta, Okla., who was in the vehicle with him. Burgess was arrested for violation of a protective order.

Burglary of a vehicle, criminal trespass, 3400 block of North Street. Darius Lamar Moore, 17, of 1445 CR 521, was seen entering a couple of vehicles by a witness who called 911 and reported a burglary of a vehicle in progress. The caller watched Moore, and provided officers with information until they arrived. They found Moore leaving the scene and discovered he had taken pocket change from one vehicle and then entered a second vehicle without taking anything. He was arrested for burglary of a vehicle and criminal trespass.

Criminal mischief, traffic hazard, FM 343. A woman said someone had taken four barrels from a construction area and placed them across the road.

On Saturday morning, 210 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292.
