Burglary of a vehicle, 4100 block of Tara Lane. An unlocked car was entered and loose change and two cup holders were taken.

Robbery, 2100 block of Banita Street. A man said he was struck in the stomach by a man who then took his money. He was described as a black male, 6-foot-1 with a slender build.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle, 1600 block of Martinsville Street. A vehicle was taken without permission.

———

Theft, 3900 block of Raguet Street. A bike was taken from a carport.

———

Possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug, 5000 block of East Main Street. Officers spoke to a woman who appeared to be intoxicated. An unmarked pill bottle with Hydrocodone, Xanax and Soma was found in her possession. Traci Ann Konrad, 47, 9112 Hwy. 7 W., was arrested.

Burglary of a habitation, 200 block of Beall Street. Entry to an apartment was made and a TV was taken.

Theft, 800 block of Ridgeview Drive. Prescription medication was taken.

Public intoxication, Highway 59 South. Officers responded to reports of a man laying in a ditch. An intoxicated man was found sitting in his truck, and he was arrested.

Criminal mischief, CR 506. A tire on a vehicle was cut.

Theft, CR 723. A saddle, bridle, halter and two saddle blankets were taken.

Arrests included: Samuel Davis Hale, 22, Huntsville, warrant for criminal mischief; Mike Arthur Jones, 51, Houston, warrants for possession of marijuana and evading arrest; William Joseph McClelland, 31, Bronson, public intoxication; Wesley Ryan Parker, 18, P.O. Box 309, Etoile, three motions to revoke probation; Vernon Leroy Roberson III, 31, 5290 FM 1638, two warrants for harassment; Francis Joseph Schott Jr., 51, 315 Greenwood Road, non-payment of child support; and Darius Deshawn Thorn, 23, 2324 Pearl St., warrant for burglary of a vehicle.

JAIL POPULATION

On Friday morning, 168 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292.
