Burglary of a habitation, S. Highway 21. A theft occurred at the Angelina River Bridge on Hwy. 21 The unknown thief entered the unlocked property, a fishing cabin, and stole a 110-volt air conditioning unit, a fish cooker with a propane bottle, a boat motor and five one-gallon bags of fish filets from the freezer.

Loose livestock, CR 411. A bull broke free from its pasture and was put back inside.

Suspicious person, N. U.S. Highway. 59. A suspicious person was reported. The person had blown out a tire and received help and a ride from the dispatched officer.

Unauthorized ATV on roadway, Ponderosa Subdivision. Four wheelers were illegally on the roadway in Ponderosa Trailer Park.

Criminal trespass, 455 CR 761. A truck that had been stored on the same property for approximately 10 years was removed by its owner. The vehicle had been stored there because the family of the man who removed the vehicle once owned the land, but the complainant said he did not want the trespasser on his property.

Intoxicated person, 564 CR 6103. An intoxicated person was in the roadway.

Threat, Chocolate City. A disturbance was reported, but neither the identity of the caller or the person who made the threat were known because the caller disconnected the phone call. The dispatched deputy spoke with employees at Chocolate City who were unaware of any disturbance. The deputy stayed in the area for a short while and was never contacted by the unknown caller.

Assault, Garrison. A woman was assaulted by her intoxicated boyfriend and sustained minor injuries on both arms as well as around her head and neck areas. An arrest was made.

Dog bite victim. Two mix breed pit bull type dogs started fighting with each other while penned at the animal shelter. A volunteer went inside the pen to separate them. She was bitten on the leg.

Burglary of a motor vehicle, 500 Sweetgum St. Suspect broke out the passenger's window of a Dodge pickup and searched the vehicle. Nothing was taken.

Graffiti, Sunset Avenue at Virginia Avenue and Sunset Ave at Burk St. Suspect spray-painted stop signs with black paint.

Theft, 1500 Eliza St. A Blackberry cellular phone was stolen.

Credit card abuse, 2600 N. University Drive. The victim reported several thousand dollars missing from his bank account.

Assault and family violence and two charges of possession of marijuana, 1600 Cardinal St. A disturbance with weapons took place. Two females were fighting over marijuana. A woman was found hiding in the closet. A search for weapons revealed a small plastic bag containing a green leafy substance in her pocket and an automatic .25-caliber pistol in her bra. She was arrested. Another small bag of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana was then found in a purse. The other female claimed the marijuana was hers. She was arrested.

Forgery, 200 Mitchell St. An unknown subject forged a signature on a stimulus check.

Theft, 4600 North St. Unknown subjects removed a black toolbox from the bed of a truck. The toolbox contained carpeting tools.

Theft, 1700 Rho St. A state I.D. card was stolen.

Burglary of a habitation, 2700 Logan Circle. A subject entered a residence by breaking a window then removed several items including a Blackberry cellular phone. Officers were already on another call and located the phone on suspect Mark Ratcliff's person. Ratcliff. 20, of 228 Quail Ridge was arrested.

Prohibited weapon, 2600 North St. Jeron Williams was contacted on a disturbance call. He was refusing to leave the restaurant. Officers advised him to leave. While walking away he advised that he would slap officers, too. He was detained and frisked for weapons. He was found to be in possession of brass knuckles. He was arrested.
