Burglary of a vehicle, Spring Creek Drive. A burglary was reported by the owner of a vehicle. Two suspects were located in a residence in the same subdivision and found with the stolen property, and they were arrested.

Theft, 700 block of Hanson Circle. A bike was taken from a carport.

Theft, 1100 block of Meisenheimer Street. An air conditioner was taken from a residence.

Criminal mischief, 1500 block of Pearl Street. Two tires were cut on a vehicle.

Credit card abuse, 200 block of North Fredonia Street. A credit card was used without permission.

Burglary of a vehicle, 1100 block of Pine Shadows. A laptop and GPS system were taken from a vehicle.

Arrests included: Rance Lee Dehn, 19, 216 5th St., Cushing, warrant for passing in a no-passing zone and two warrants for speeding; Danny Vantress Gipson, 29, 1518 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., possession of a controlled substance; Davin Wayne Howard, 27, 112 Mitchell St., No. 3, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence and a warrant for driving while intoxicated; Chad Coburn King, 27, 662 Elm St., Cushing, failure to appear; Blake Aaron Livingston, 17, Garrison, burglary of a vehicle; Chaz Ryan Odom, 17, Spring Creek, burglary of a vehicle; Mitchell Rhodes, 27, Lufkin, burglary of a habitation; Shandle Lavosky Shepherd, 33, 3413 E. Main St., No. 918, warrant for no insurance; Amanda Nichole Swanzy, 26, Houston, two warrants for failure to appear; and Cornell Lashun White, 31, 2620 Old Tyler Road, possession of marijuana.

On Thursday morning, 206 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292.
