Criminal mischief, FM 3238. A door and four windows were removed from a house.

Driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest, 900 block of Ruby Street. A man was stopped for a traffic violation and was suspected of being intoxicated. He became combative when officers attempted to arrest him.

Possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug and evading arrest, 1000 block of Douglass Road. A man and woman were contacted by officers for suspicious activity. They fled into an apartment and threw down crack cocaine and some tablets of a dangerous drug. They were both arrested.

Possession of marijuana, 500 block of Hill Avenue. Officers responded to a disturbance and found a woman in possession of marijuana. Tenika Chawane Ulmer, 28, 1712 Hanson St., was arrested.

Hit-and-run, 3400 block of East Main Street.

———

Driving while intoxicated, 100 block of Marilyn Street. A woman was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated, and she was arrested.

Criminal mischief, 500 block of Ridgewood Drive. A man was arrested for public intoxication. He became belligerent and damaged the patrol car by kicking the doors.

———

Theft, 4810 North St., Walmart. A woman was stopped by loss prevention for taking items without paying, and she was arrested.

———

Criminal mischief, 700 block of Second Street. The window of a vehicle was broken during the night.

———

Identity theft. A person's identity was used by someone unknown to obtain employment.

———

Burglary of a vehicle, 200 block of Karle Street. A radio was taken from an unlocked vehicle.

———

Burglary of a vehicle, 4600 block of Wood Creek Drive. An unlocked vehicle was entered and a radio was taken.

———

Criminal mischief, 1600 block of South Street. The glass window of a building was shot out.

———

Criminal mischief, 1000 block of South Street. The glass door of a building was broken.

———

Burglary, CR 724. A home was entered and a rod and reel and an iPod were taken.

SFA POLICE REPORT

Criminal mischief, Theater Building. Two windows of the building were reported damaged.

Arrests included: Jamie Castillo, 30, 181 Rigby Road, assault/family violence; Johnny Jones Colin, 22, 150 CR 170, two warrants for driving while intoxicated; Jose Guadalupe Guzman, 42, Tenaha, warrant for assault; Derrick Dewayne Mosby, 31, Center, warrant for driving while intoxicated; Jessica Rennea Murphy, 21, 2214 E. Center Hwy., driving while intoxicated and driving while license invalid; Steven Wayne Robinson, 35, Mount Enterprise, public intoxication; and Loretta Denise Sterns, 35, 2311 Cotton St., possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug and evading arrest.

JAIL POPULATION

On Tuesday morning, 208 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292.

Anyone with information regarding a felony crime should call Crime Stoppers at 560-INFO. Callers with information leading to an arrest and grand jury indictment could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.

FOR THE RECORD

The church captioned in Tuesday's newspaper that sustained smoke and water damage after a fire in the 2400 block of South Street was the Emmanuel Temple of God.
