Suspicious person, 100 block of Montana Street. A homeowner said three males came to his home claiming to sell carpet materials and attempted to gain entry into his residence. The homeowner also said they did not have a visible vehicle.

Burglary of a building, 300 block of Magnolia Street. A lawn mower and a leaf blower were taken from a shed.

Burglary of a vehicle, 1500 block of Pearl Street. A brick was used to break the window of a vehicle, and cash and jewelry were removed.

Terroristic threat, 200 block of South Street. A woman said a known person threatened her and her family.

Burglary of a vehicle, 1000 block of Douglass Road. A registration sticker was removed from the windshield of a vehicle.

Criminal mischief, 300 block of Magnolia Street. A window pane was broken on a residence.

Disturbance, 200 block of West Seale Street. A juvenile said he was assaulted by his mother's common-law spouse.

Theft, CR 878. A woman said someone went through her purse and took her medication.

Arrests included: Apolonia Hernandez, 51, 6938 Center Hwy., expired motor vehicle inspection, failure to maintain financial responsibility; Jose Manuel Hernandez, 21, 346 CR 522, assault/family violence; Dreance Johnson, 20, 17977 CR 3261, motion to revoke probation; Jackie Ray Lewis II, 24, 822 Evelyn St., motion to revoke probation; Claude Haywood Perkins Jr., 35, 2379 CR 751, sexual assault; and Dwayne Royce Williams, 31, 1606 Pruitt Hill, aggravated assault, speeding more than 10 mph over the limit, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear.
