Deadly conduct, 2800 block of North Street. A man said he was held at gunpoint by a Hispanic male as he attempted to get in his car. The man said the Hispanic male drove up behind him and would not let him pass, eventually pulling out a handgun and informing him that he had parked in his space. The man eventually let him leave.

Assault, 1100 block of Meisenheimer Street. A man said someone assaulted his daughter, striking her in the face and causing torso injuries.

Burglary, 3000 block of North Pecan Street. A man said two shotguns and a PlayStation 3 were taken from his residence.

Assault, 400 block of Roberts Street. A woman said she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend and he kicked two vehicles, causing damage.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and evading arrest, 3800 block of North Street. A man was observed driving a four wheeler through a field, and when an officer attempted to stop the vehicle, the man fled, going in and out of yards and through the neighborhoods around the University Club apartment complex and finally coming to a stop in the back yard of a residence on Pearl Street. The man then hailed a taxi and fled the residence. Police determined the four wheeler belonged to his father and had been taken without his permission. He was later located.

Burglary, 2000 block of South Street. A man said someone broke out the glass door to his business and removed items without his consent.

Burglary of a motor vehicle, 3000 block of Hudson Street. A woman said someone entered her vehicle and took pocket change.

Hit and run, 100 block of South Street. A man said a white one-ton truck pulling a trailer struck his vehicle and did not provide information.

Forgery, 4100 block of Appleby Sand Road. A man said someone forged his name on his personal checks that were taken in Louisiana.

Assault, 1700 block of Eliza Street. A woman said her husband slapped her.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 2900 block of E.J. Campbell Boulevard. A woman said her daughter took her vehicle without her permission. The vehicle has been returned.

Credit card abuse, 400 block of Myrtle Street. A man said someone made online purchases with his credit card.

Burglary of a motor vehicle, 200 block of West Austin Street. A man said someone removed his wallet from the center console of his unlocked truck.

Forgery, 3400 block of East Main Street. A man said his checkbook was taken and he received notices of forged checks on his account.

Harassment, 8300 block of FM 2782. A woman said she received harassing text messages from someone she didn't know.

Criminal mischief, 5200 block of South Street. Three juveniles were seen throwing a rock at a vehicle. It caused approximately $400 in damage.

Main St., possession of a dangerous drug; David Wayne Howard, 52, 531 FM 3228, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance; Kristi Ainsworth Luther, 33, 4380 CR 724, driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15; and Jacob Odell Estes Randall, 20, 802 Rawlinson St., theft of service.
