POLICE REPORT

Well that's just par for the course

Burglary of a building, FM 225. Several golf clubs were taken from a storage building. The clubs were valued at $600.

Weapon offense, CR 302. A woman reported she had seen a man pointing a gun at the road. Deputies looked for the man but were unable to find him.

———

Burglary, 1100 block of Meisenheimer Street. An air conditioner was taken from a home.

———

Theft, 800 block of North Street. A wallet and its contents were taken.

———

Deadly conduct, 1400 block of Spokane Street. The complainant said a known person pointed a gun at them.

———

Burglary of a vehicle, 1900 block of Old Tyler Road. A spare tire was removed from a vehicle.

———

Burglary of a vehicle, 4500 block of North Street. An officer noticed two people inside a parked vehicle. The officer attempted to make contact and one of the people fled. The other was arrested for outstanding warrants.

———

Assault, 2000 block of Durst Street. A person reported being slapped by another person that they knew. They were gone when officers arrived and the complainant did not wish to file charges.

Arrests included: Willie James Anderson, 59, 1228 CR 935, resisting arrest, public intoxication and order of confinement; Kandi Lyse Bocook, 37, 613 CR 727, assault/family violence; William Bradley Coyle, 19, 1602 Pearl St., warrant for criminal mischief; Michael Jason Fitzgerald, 25, 12157 FM 343, Cushing, warrant for assault; Jeremy Shane McShan, 30, 152 Stone Creek Court, assault; Melissa Jean Michelle, 19, 2622 CR 620, warrant for burglary of a habitation; Evan Ashton Moore, 17, 1902 Queen St., warrant for burglary of a habitation; Othon Maya Moreno, 44, 1215 Spokane Lane, assault/family violence; and Carlos Riojas, 54, 122 Z St., driving while intoxicated and expired driver's license.

JAIL POPULATION

On Tuesday morning, 196 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292.
