Theft, 900 block of Shawnee Street. A man said a woman asked to use his phone, and while he was in the bathtub he believes she took a $375 money order from his wallet.

Theft, 1200 block of North Street. A couple was seen pushing two Kroger shopping carts down West College Street. The Kroger manager was contacted and she did wish to file charges. Citations were issued.

Burglary of a motor vehicle, 800 block of Hollyberry Drive. The rear drivers side window of a white GMC Yukon was broken, and a brown Coach purse and Jessica Simpson perfume was taken.

Theft, 2600 block of N. University Dr. A woman said her wallet and Blackberry were missing after her friends and some additional people came to her home.

Runaway, 2600 block of Daybreak Drive. A juvenile was arrested and returned home.

Credit card abuse, 1300 block of South Street. A man said his credit card had been used at Rudy's gas station. The card was one that he had in his wallet, which the man said he lost on Sept. 10.

Burglary, 1600 block of Cardinal Street. A woman said someone entered her apartment last Friday without her consent and stole her clothing and money.

Evading arrest and detention, 900 block of West Main Street. A black male police attempted to contact ran eastbound approximately 100 yards where officer caught him. He was arrested.

Hit and run and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 800 block of North Mound Street. During a party, a white female took the keys off the hook by the back door and drove off in a truck. The female hit an electric pole, and was given a ride to an unknown location by a white SUV that pulled up to the accident scene. Hours later the woman came to the police station and turned herself in, saying the truck had been her boyfriend's.
