Aggravated assault, 300 Muckelroy Street. A man said a woman displayed a large kitchen knife and threatened to kill him because he would not give her the phone. The woman was arrested.

Criminal mischief, 900 block of Hackberry Street. A man said someone put sand into the gas tank of his vehicle.

Theft, 2800 block of North Street. A man said he left his Nokia Touch Screen phone, valued at $900, on the counter at a local business and when he returned the phone was missing.

Criminal mischief, 2100 block of East Main Street. A man said someone broke out the glass on the front door of a business.

Sexual assault, 312 West Main Street. A woman said someone assaulted her.

Driving while license invalid, 4700 block of North University Drive. A man was found to be driving while his license was suspended. He was arrested.

Burglary of habitation, 1400 block of Douglass Road. A man said someone entered his unlocked apartment and took a PlayStation 3.

Criminal trespass, 1500 block of Timberlake Street. A woman said a man forced his way into her residence in search of her mother, who no longer resides there.

Aggravated assault, 700 block of Lane Drive. A man said three subjects dragged him out of his vehicle and beat him with the butt of a rifle. The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.

Theft, 8500 block of CR 302. A man said someone took the aluminum and copper out of an air conditioning unit at one of his rent houses.

On Saturday morning, 208 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292
