False report, 1800 block of North Street. A man told officers that two men had forced their way into his home, and held him at gunpoint while they took his 73-inch TV. He provided officers with paperwork for the missing TV. He told officers it was the same type of TV he had in his bedroom. Officers compared the serial numbers and determined the TV in the bedroom was the same as the one on the paperwork. The man changed his story several times before admitting he was doing this to get another new TV. He was arrested.

Assault, 200 North Popp Street. A woman said her son had pushed her during an argument and left. The son returned and the woman called the police, worried more violence would occur. He was arrested.

Hit-and-run, 600 block of Wildwood Street. A woman said her vehicle had been struck by another vehicle that left the scene. The woman gave officers a license plate, and officers went to his residence. The owner was contacted, and he told officers he had not been driving his car.

Dog bite, 700 block of Denman Street. A woman was bitten by a dog as she was trying to befriend it.

Driving while license invalid, 800 block of South Street. A vehicle was stopped, and the driver was found to have a suspended license. He was arrested.

Possession of marijuana, 400 Southwest Stallings Drive. The driver of a vehicle pulled over and got out after seeing an officer's patrol car. The officer reported that she seemed confused. The officer asked for her identification, and when she opened her door to get it, a strong odor of marijuana was detected. Twenty pounds of marijuana was found in the vehicle. She was arrested.
