Evading arrest, 200 block of Ellington St. Officers tried to pull over a driver they knew didn’t have a license, but the driver fled. After a short pursuit, the driver pulled over and was arrested. Marijuana was found in the vehicle.

Theft, 4800 block of North St. A person arrested for shoplifting at Walmart was in possession of methamphetamine and was arrested.
Controlled substance, 1400 block of N. University Dr. A driver told police about marijuana in his vehicle, which they then searched for and found. The driver was arrested.
Assault, 900 block of Oak Hill Plaza Dr. “Officers contacted the victim at her residence .... It was discovered that multiple assaults had occurred causing injuries outside of the residence.”
Intoxicated driver, 700 block of North St. A driver pulled over for a traffic violation was intoxicated, and was arrested.
Reckless damage, U.S. 59 S. and FM 2782. “The complainant stated a wheel from a truck tractor struck her building.”
Theft, 1100 block of CR 780. A generator was stolen form a construction site.
Burglary, 5300 block of FM 1878. Fuel and property were stolen from an excavator.
Theft, 1200 block of CR 811. A report was taken about a theft.
Major accident, CR 620 and State Hwy. 7 W. Deputies provided traffic control at the scene of a major crash under investigation by state troopers.

Fraud, 1300 block of Raguet St. A person’s bank information was used fraudulently.
Theft, 4800 block of North St. People were arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Theft, 2000 block of Durst St. Someone stole property from a person’s home.
Theft, 4800 block of North St. “Officers recovered a cell phone that had been stolen. The suspect was arrested.”
Death investigation, 12500 block of S. FM 225. Officers were dispatched to check on a person near the highway. They found the individual deceased. The death is under investigation.
Hit-and-run accident, 3000 block of North St. A driver in a dark-colored vehicle ran into another vehicle and left without providing insurance information.
Burglary of a habitation, 700 block of FM 2435. Someone broke into a person’s home.
K-9 deployment, 400 block of U.S. 59 N. “...Deputies conducted a K-9 deployment at Garrison ISD with no alerts.”
Intoxicated person, 5400 block of U.S. 59 S. “The complainant advised his sister was intoxicated and would not return to the vehicle. Deputies arrived on scene and observed the subject to be intoxicated. The subject was arrested ....”
Credit card abuse, 13000 block of State Hwy. 21 W. Deputies took a report of a credit card being used fraudulently.
Threatening, 100 block of Rusche Ln. A report of a person threatening another individual was made.
Theft, 100 block of Paradise Dr. A report was taken about a suspected theft.
