Criminal mischief, 300 block of CR 2061. Deputies arrested a man accused of damaging his wife’s vehicle and home. The man left before deputies arrived and had gone to the sheriff’s office, where he was arrested.
Credit card abuse, 100 block of Jones Ln. A person accused another person of using her debit card without permission.
Agency assist, 17000 block of US 259. Deputies assisted state troopers investigating a minor crash.
Theft, 2600 block of N University Dr. A bicycle was reported stolen.
Theft, 4800 block of North St. Officers arrested a shoplifter seen putting items in a purse before leaving. The charge was enhanced because of prior convictions.
Theft, 2900 block of North St. Two people met to make a sale of an item, but the buyer left without paying.
Criminal trespass, 3000 block of E.J. Campbell Blvd. A person who’d previously been warned away from an apartment complex was arrested after being found “hiding in a closet.”
Intoxicated driver, 1700 block of North St. A person involved in a disturbance at a fast-food restaurant was intoxicated and was arrested.
Criminal trespass, 1200 block of N Mound St. A person who refused to leave a hospital after being asked to was arrested for trespassing.
Arrests included: Leslie Lee Corman, 37, criminal mischief and terroristic threat of family or household; Carrie Ann Durrett, 39, bench warrant; Tasha Nicole Green, 37, failure to appear on a misdemeanor; La Fay Laverne Lewis Zigler, 25, criminal trespass; Jimmy Dale Lowe, 40, sex offenders duty to register; Steven Ray McKnight, 60, criminal trespass; Siquovian Laron Rogers, 22, driving while intoxicated; Amanda Kay Shand, 48, theft of property.

Theft, Lumberjack Landing. Several items were stolen from a dorm room last month.
Theft, Lot 21. Someone stole a wheel lock sometime between Nov. 6 and Nov. 11.
Possession of marijuana, Lumberjack Landing. One person was “issued a summons” for possession of marijuana.
As of 9 a.m. Thursday, there were 249 inmates at the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the maximum population is 292.
