Pornography, 300 block of W. Main St. A woman reported “a known subject sent out naked photos of her juvenile daughter. The complainant wished to file charges.”
Burglary of a motor vehicle, 1500 block of CR 504. Property was stolen from a vehicle.
Scam, 400 block of Shoreline Dr. A resident reported getting a scam call. She didn’t give the caller any personal information.
Structure fire, 16000 block of U.S. 59 N. Emergency responders were dispatched to a building that caught fire. “No foul play was suspected.”
Controlled substance, 3000 block of FM 1275. Drug paraphernalia was found during a traffic stop. “Deputy seized the contraband and cited the driver.”
Agency assist, 2300 block of CR 262. Deputies assisted Child Protective Services with an investigation.
Family violence, 100 block of CR 8221. A woman was accused of assaulting her boyfriend, but the boyfriend didn’t press charges.
Injury to a child, 100 block of Paradise Dr. “The complainant’s child was assaulted by another individual while in a vehicle. Deputies gathered information for a report.”
Burglary, 100 block of Lelia St. Someone broke a window and tried to steal items from inside a home.
Burglary of a habitation, 1100 block of Murray St. Property was stolen from a home.
Assault, 2200 block of Pearl St. Officers arrested a person accused of assaulting a family member during an argument.
Assault, 1700 block of Hanson Cir. A woman accused her boyfriend of assaulting her.
Controlled substance, 1200 block of Greer St. One person was arrested for allegedly being intoxicated and in possession of marijuana. “The defendant resisted arrest and search of his person.”
Arrests included: Orlando Cornelius Ferguson, 39, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana; Whitley Somone Hardeman, 30, theft of property; Andrew Elijah Higdon, 40, of Little Elm, motion to revoke probation; Shaquila Tyyon Jenkins, 27, of Alto, possession of marijuana; Edward Alan Martinez, 18, release of surety and two counts of bail jumping and failure to appear; Aaron Glenn Weatherly, 28, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana; Darrell Whitmire, 25, assault.
