Daniel Michael Quick

Daniel Michael Quick passed away March 6, 2020, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born Dec. 1, 1961, in Beirut, Lebanon. After 5 years in Lebanon he and his family moved to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, to live for six years. After traveling to many countries his family finally settled in Nacogdoches, Tx.

Danny love Nacogdoches and wend to Nettie Marshall school and graduated from Nacogdoches High School. He had many friends here.

He worked Braniff Airlines in Wichita Falls, Sunbelt Savings, Dallas, Saint Louis Missouri and returned to Dallas for the past ten years working for the state of Texas for human services.

He is survived by his partner Bob and his mother Audry Quick, his siblings Debbie Hines, Sissy Kay, Richard Quick and nieces Natasha Kay, Chandra, Sandy, Megan, nephews Richard Courvelle, B.J., Robert, and Tareq Kay, Robert Mitchem, the great grand nieces and nephew and five great-great nieces and nephews.

Danny is also survived by brother-in-law Scott Kay, Anna and B.T. Dunlap, Jr., cousins Kim, Richard, Charlie and Stacy, who live in Baytown, Tx.

Daniel also loved dearly his Lebanese family Vanessa, Mickey C. Chehade and their mother from England Ann Murry.

He is preceded in death by his father Robert Judge Quick, niece Rhonda Courvelle, and grandparents Irene and B.T. Dunlap, and survived by all his friends in Nacogdoches.
