Sara Susanne McShan, left this world for the Heavenly Kingdom on Saturday, July 10, 2021. She passed away peacefully, at home, in her own bed, while her loving husband prayed over her. Sara was 70 years old.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at 2:00 P.M., at The International Church if Nacogdoches with Pastor Dennis Land, officiating. The address is 1610 Stallings Drive, Nacogdoches, TX 75964. We invite all of Sara's friends and family to attend the service.

Sara was born in Wichita, Kansas on September 28, 1950, the daughter of Charles and Ann Kaiser. She married Ralph McShan on May 26, 1995. They shared a wonderful 26 years of marriage.

Sara worked as a Physical Therapist in her younger years, also as a passionate servant to Jesus and a wonderful roll-model for all of us that survive her.

Sara was survived by a number of family members, we will surely keep her in our hearts and memories until we meet again. Sara's favorite bible verse follows...

Ephesians 1 verse 17-21

" I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit[f] of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.  I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people,  and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come."

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Nacogdoches.
