It is with great pleasure that I write this letter in support of Noel Cooper for 145th Judicial District Court. I have known Noel and his family for the past 13 years and strongly believe that he is the best candidate for this position.

Not only is he a family man to his core, but he cares deeply about the citizens of Nacogdoches and that each and every one of us is treated fairly and with respect.

To that end, he has proposed that Nacogdoches create a drug court because too many people are cycling through the court system without getting the help that they need and that there is no mechanism by which to keep families together that have been effected by drugs and the court.

His insight into this problem and willingness to correct what is wrong with the system makes him the ideal candidate to fill the District Court position.

In addition to the creation of a drug court, Noel’s has 23 years of trial experience. During that time, he has represented all facets of society (plaintiff, defendant, rich, and poor) and a wide variety of kinds of cases (small business, insurance companies, criminal, family, and injuries) with equal fervor.

I know that if I was a plaintiff or defendant that I would get a fair trial. Nacogdoches cannot go wrong by electing Noel Cooper as our next 145th Judicial District Court judge.
