I have been a friend of Noel and Dana Cooper since Dana joined the History Deptartment at SFA.

They were a pleasure to know and over the years Noel has assisted me in certain legal matters, much to my satisfaction. They are a charming family, full of honor and decency.

They are committed to life in Nacogdoches and Noel hopes to bring his skill and experience in the law to the service of this community. He is wise, thoughtful and a realist in his outlook and concern for the citizens of Nacogdoches.

That’s why as a judge I am certain that he will be fair and knowledgeable as he presides in the venue of District Judge. He has youth, but also experience, as he moves forward in helping make Nacogdoches a better place for all its people.
